The Alpha51 Vest is the female version of the classic style side panel under vest which has adjustable elasticised straps on the shoulders and on the sides. This vest can be ordered with a shirt tail which allows the base of the vest to be tucked into the wearer’s pants. These vests can be Made-to-Measure.

SOFT ARMOUR
National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Standard 0101.04 is the internationally accepted standard for Bullet Resistant Vests. The Standard has 4 levels applicable to soft armour as shown in the table below.
Maximum trauma allowed is 44mm, to be measured on the first strike only. The Shot pattern for handgun ammunition requires all shots to be at least 7.6cm from any edge and at least 5cm from each other. |
